Is ePledge secure?

  • Yes, data is stored in an SQL database that requires User ID and Password for access using Andar Software.

Will our information be shared?

  • No, per our privacy policy, we do not sell or share any information.

Is there a minimum number of employees required to use ePledge?

  • No, we can accommodate your company no matter how big or small.

What do I need to do to set up ePledge?

  • Click on the “Sign Up for ePledge” button above to complete an ePledge form. Our ePledge team will reach out with follow up information.

Some of our donors filled out paper pledges, how do those get into ePledge?

  • Please forward any paper pledges to us, they will be entered and show up on reports.

Can we use ePledge if we have multiple locations?

  • Yes, we may need more time for set up. Please contact us.

What are the fees for using ePledge?

What types of reports are available?

  • Reports include an all pledge detail report, daily pledge report, a payroll report and a campaign summary. Reports are available in CSV format. 

This is our first year to use ePledge. What are the best ways to promote this change to our employees?

  • It is important that you inform your employees that you are using ePledge. Take time at your employee campaign meetings to highlight the ePledge giving portal and explain what they can expect and how to use it.
