At United Way of Dane County, we’re proud to invest in and partner with agencies that focus time and energy on helping local families and individuals overcome barriers and access the building blocks of well-being – a quality education, a family-supporting job and health supports. Because we know that when we connect the dots across these areas, families get what they need to succeed in school, work and life.

The agencies listed here are those receiving grants through our investment processes aligned to the Plan for Community Well-Being in 2026. The funds granted to these agencies are made possible through donors’ undesignated gifts. While donations designated to specific agencies through United Way campaigns may be used as agencies see fit, undesignated gifts fund strategies in a coordinated approach across the most critical areas of need for our neighbors.
