Michele Thoren, the Senior HR Manager for Cintas, sent along her thanks for being partnered with the Latino Academy. They worked together to assemble an 11-week course that teaches English to Cintas’ Spanish speaking employees. The course was offered on-site and was free. Michele tells us that the English as a Second Language course “is definitely helpful to our current employees in developing their career potential or just being able to communicate better in the community they live in.” The picture below features the first class to complete the 11-week course at Cintas.
