Teresa R. Brooks, MBA, CFP
Wealth Manager and Trust Officer, SVA

Teresa is a Wealth Manager with SVA Plumb Wealth Management, LLC and a Trust Officer for SVA Plumb Trust Company, LLC. She works with clients to determine their financial needs and helps coordinate their investments with their plans to accomplish their personal objectives.

Teresa assists in monitoring client portfolios to ensure that the investments comply with client investment policy guidelines and our company requirements. She also participates in the firm’s fixed income management strategy.

Teresa is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and an Investment Adviser Representative.

Camille Carter
Financial Service Professional, Financial Services Group of Wisconsin LLC

Camille Carter is passionate about the financial health and economic prosperity for businesses and individuals. She is an educational facilitator and speaker, a business owner, a community ambassador and a financial advisor of insurance and investment products and electronic, merchant payment processing services. In her business practice with Financial Services Group of Wisconsin, she assists clients through a thorough audit process of their current financial positions, helping them to clarify a roadmap that meets their business and personal goals. Knowledge, integrity and resources are always central to the work she does.

Camille graduated from Michigan State University where she earned a degree in Business & Economics Management. Her career spans over 20 years of business and banking experiences, including internationally where she’s consultant in small business and micro-enterprise development.

Local affiliations and leadership roles include: Madison Black Chamber of Commerce (Executive Board President), Madison Network of Black Professionals (Member), Madison Music Makers (past Board Member), Metropolitan Chapter of the Links Incorporated (Treasurer) , Money Smart Women’s Conference (Presenter and Planning Committee) , and The Madison Money Conference.

Elizabeth A. Heiner
Attorney, Boardman & Clark LLP

Elizabeth A. Heiner is an attorney with Boardman & Clark, LLP who focuses her practice on estate planning for individuals and families. Practicing in the area since 1992, Liz has extensive experience advising clients about wills, trusts, powers of attorneys, prenuptial agreements, and other wealth transfer and tax savings techniques. Liz is also experienced in assisting clients with probate and trust administration. Having served on the committees developing both Wisconsin’s trust and probate law, Liz frequently advises personal representatives and trustees regarding trust and estate administration. She also represents beneficiaries and fiduciaries in will or trust disputes.

Liz’s goal is to help her clients realize their estate planning objectives. She works collaboratively with clients and the client’s financial advisors to achieve those objectives, striving to make sure that the client understands the legal issues involved and the options for addressing them.

Liz is the co-author of a chapter in Eckhardt’s Workbook for Wisconsin Estate Planners and has made numerous presentations to professional and community groups on estate planning, charitable giving, and probate administration. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin Law School, teaching a course on trust law. Liz serves on many civic and charitable boards and committees, including the board of the United Way of Dane County Foundation.
