Jason Hiller is a Human Resources professional who provides internal and outsourced consulting in the areas of employment law compliance, employee relations, workplace safety and pre-employment screening. A member of The QTI Group since 2007, Jason has extensive experience with workers’ compensation claims, employee relations issues, and background checking programs.
In addition to his work with The QTI Group, Jason is a Director & Independent Consultant with Pampered Chef, the premier direct seller of high-quality kitchen tools.
Jason is committed to change in the community and works toward this through his membership on the United Way Key Club Council and the City of Madison’s Equal Opportunity Commission – Employment Subcommittee.

Angela Jones holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Professional Communications from Alverno College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Angie began her career with United Way in Racine, Wisconsin where she worked for 10 years before moving to Madison, WI in 2004. At the United Way of Dane County (UWDC) she is lead staff for the Agenda for Change area of “moving more people on pathways out of poverty”.
Angie works with the Building Economic Stability Community Solutions Team, community partners and partner agencies to ensure strong, safe, caring, economically productive and inclusive neighborhoods and communities.
She is a graduate of Leadership Racine, a Board member for Harbor House in Racine and taught Children’s Church at United Faith Missionary Baptist Church. She was a member of the Allied Stakeholders Group, the Juneteenth Planning Committee, Safe Haven Oversight Committee and the Greater Isthmus Group.
She is currently the co-chair of the Northside Early Childhood Zone Transportation Committee and the Vice President of the Positive Change for Women Board of Directors. She is a member of Community Against Violence, the Downtown Madison Inc. Safety Committee and the Student Loan Debt Committee. In the Summer of 2017, Angela was featured in In Business Greater Madison as one of the Influential Leaders of Madison.
Executive Director, Madison-area Urban Ministry
Linda Ketcham has been the Executive Director of Madison-area Urban Ministry since March, 2006. As Executive Director she is responsible for overall agency management and program development (including MUM’s most recent initiatives Just Bakery and Healing House, a 24/7 medical respite for homeless families), grant writing, advocacy and is the congregational liaison for MUM. Linda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corrections and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice Sciences from Illinois State University. Linda is in recovery from addiction and was a certified addiction counselor from 1986 through 2008 with the Illinois Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Professional Certification Association. Linda has over 35 years of experience in human services, including work with children of incarcerated parents, survivors of domestic violence, incarcerated parents and individuals returning to the community from prison.
Linda currently serves on the City of Madison’s Affirmative Action Commission, Jail Diversion Workgroup, the Ad-hoc Committee on Police Policy & Procedures, the Boards of Occupy Madison, Inc., Construction, Training Inc., Community Action Coalition of SC WI, and as Co-Chair of the Dane County Homeless Issues Committee and the. Linda is an active member of her church, volunteering with its Prison Ministry Program and serving on the Ministerial Relations Committee.
Chief Michael C. Koval
Chief of Police, City of Madison Police Department
Michael C. Koval began his career with the Madison Police Department in 1983. His educational background includes being a proud graduate of Madison West High School (which he still proclaims to be the best high school in Madison), a graduate of UW-Madison with a Journalism Degree and obtaining his Law Degree from William Mitchell College of Law. Before becoming the Chief of Police in April of 2014 he was a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and subsequently returned to MPD and served in Patrol Services. Koval then became the Sergeant of Recruitment and Training for 17 years.
During Koval’s tenure he has served in a variety of roles which include police officer, field training officer, field training supervisor, SWAT hostage negotiator, critical response team supervisor, primary legal instructor and sergeant. He is a certified trainer in many State-endorsed subject areas, but favorites include Professional Communications, Crisis Management, Community Policing, Constitutional Law, and Ethics. Koval was an original member of the team which introduced the Department’s first narcotics detection dog, assisted with the City of Madison’s first police staffing analysis team, created open enrollment recruiting, served on the State of Wisconsin’s Law Instructor Advisory Committee and led the Department’s legal transition team in teaching mandatory arrest for domestic violence.
Chief Koval is a native of Wisconsin. He enjoys all kinds of sports (in his college days he was Bucky Badger for football, basketball and hockey for three years), but dating back to his childhood days he is particularly passionate about Notre Dame Football! GO BUCKY!! GO IRISH!!
