- S.A.F.E. at Home Falls prevention Program – In-home safety assessments for older adults which identify falls hazards and include a follow-up with doctors to assure adherence to recommendations made.
- Comprehensive Medication Reviews – Community-based program for low-income seniors 65+ to have pharmacists provide a detailed individual assessment of seniors medications taken by older adults to identify the potential risks for adverse drug events (ADEs).
- Evidence Based Falls Prevention Classes – These classes are offered throughout the Dane County Community in an effort to help older adults improve their balance and reduce their risk of falling.
