Thank You for being a part of United Way’s 2020 Campaign!

Each year, we gather in March to celebrate our donors, volunteers and nonprofit partners, and to share the results of the previous year’s campaign. While this year might look a little different, the celebration is still on! Follow us on social media and check back here for announcements all week long.

During the most challenging year in recent history, YOU stepped up and made a big impact. Thanks to you, we will be able to continue devoting resources, time and energy to help local families overcome barriers and access the building blocks of well-being – a quality education, a family-supporting job and health supports – even during a global pandemic. Together, we truly are The Power of Many. Working for All.

During an unprecedented year, local organizations and donors gave to make sure everyone in Dane County can succeed in school, work and life. Thank you for your generosity!

Thursday, March 18, 9:00 am: Tune in for the announcement of our 2020 Community Fundraising Campaign results and learn about the impact donors truly have in Dane County.

Vote for the People’s Choice Award by 3 pm on Thursday, March 18 – this award recognizes a company who puts the fun in fundraising and it’s going to be a close contest this year!

Register for our virtual event, Dane County – Let’s Talk About It! This event will feature two local spoken word artists, Opal Tomashevska and Rob Dz. After their performance, participants can share their unique perspectives and dreams for Dane County – helping us realign our efforts and best serve our community for years to come.

Volunteers have been more important than ever during the pandemic – thank you for making a difference in our community by giving your time and talent!

March 15 – March 19: Community Volunteer Award Recipients will be announced on social media each day this week at 12:00 pm. Congratulations to the 2020 Community Volunteer Award Nominees!
