The Board is comprised of key community stakeholders who volunteer their time and talent to provide leadership and strategic governance to increase economic stability and decrease racial disparity in all our work.
The Board works with staff and over 60 volunteer committees to establish our goals and monitor our results to achieve equitable outcomes in education, financial stability and health – and ensures we are deploying our resources in the most effective, efficient way.
The Board upholds the organization’s commitment to a diverse staff and volunteer structure that reflects the broader Dane County community.
A list of all the community members who volunteered their time and energy to help make Dane County the best place to live for all. In 2018, they provided over 43,950 hours of time to help United Way accomplish the community’s Agenda for Change goals.
