How will you use your extra time? Consider volunteering on June 21!
We’re thrilled to launch Summer Seasons of Caring: Day of Action on June 21! June 21 is the Summer Solstice, so we are asking the community to volunteer on the longest day of the year at projects throughout Dane County.

Here’s how you and your employees can join Seasons of Caring:

  1. Volunteer with BVN at either the Humane Society or Goodman Gardens at Spring Harbor Middle School. We encourage you to be a team leader and recruit 3 colleagues. Check out the BVN projects here!
  2. Want to get a larger group volunteering? Sign up for a project at one of the 25 agencies participating in Seasons of Caring. Take a look at projects here!

Note: We wanted to bring your attention to a change in our Seasons of Caring programming. With the addition of Day of Action in 2019, we are streamlining volunteer projects for Community Kickoff in August. We will host projects exclusively at the Mallards Duck Pond on August 20, 4:00 – 6:30 pm. That means that there will not be additional projects during the week of August 19 – 23, with exception to Community Kickoff at the Mallards Duck Pond and the Middleton Mentoring Picnic.
