2012 United Way of Dane County Lexus CT200h F Sport Sweepstakes Rules





  1. This incentive promotion includes 2012 United Way of Dane County Campaign donations made through 5 p.m. Central Time on October 19, 2012. Participants must be legal residents of Wisconsin, at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  2. The winner will receive a 2012 Lexus CT200h F Sport, Stock #32712 in Tungsten Pearl (approximate cash value $42,642.71 including tax, title, license, registration and fees) donated to United Way of Dane County by Jon Lancaster Inc., Oscar Mayer, and WPS Health Insurance. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
  3. Any United Way of Dane County donor that increases his/her 2012 gift by at least $25 over his/her 2011 Campaign Gift will be automatically entered for a chance to win. Entry without donation can also be made by sending a letter to United Way of Dane County, Attn: Lexus Hybrid Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7548; Madison, Wisconsin 53707, containing name, address and phone number. Only one entry, automatic or otherwise, per person.
  4. The Pledge Form must be received by or the Entry Letter must be postmarked to United Way of Dane County by 5 p.m. Central Time on October 19, 2012. United Way of Dane County will not be responsible for companies that fail to submit their employees’ pledge forms by this date. United Way of Dane County will not be responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
  5. The winner of the sweepstakes will be drawn randomly before and announced at the United Way of Dane County Campaign Celebration event on November 15, 2012 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at Monona Terrace. Need not be present to win.
  6. Employees of United Way of Dane County and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
  7. The winner is required to provide valid driver’s license and verification of compliance with these rules upon presentation of prize.
  8. By entering, all participants hereby agree to comply with these rules, represent that he/she is eligible, consent to the use of his/her name and/or photograph for publicity purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entrants release United Way of Dane County, Jon Lancaster Toyota and Lexus of Madison, Oscar Mayer, WPS Health Insurance and their employees, directors, officers and agents, parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, fulfillment, publicity and promotion agencies from any and all claims or liability in connection with their participation in this promotion. Entrants
    agree to hold harmless United Way of Dane County, Jon Lancaster Toyota and Lexus of Madison, Oscar Mayer, WPS Health Insurance, and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, officers, directors and employees from responsibility for damages, losses or injuries, including death, personal injury or property damage, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this promotion or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize.
  9. No substitution or transfer of prize or redemption for cash equivalent, except by United Way of Dane County due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Color of car is Tungsten Pearl, Stock #32712. United Way of Dane County reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion if not capable of completion as planned, and to award the prize as of that date as provided above.
  10. Participation in this promotion may affect the tax deductibility of your gift. You should consult your tax advisor for more detailed information.
  11. Federal law requires the winner pay withholding tax of 25% market value of the prize.
