Youth & Family • Safe environments for neighborhood youth to access services five days a week at no cost. They include after school drop in programming, tutoring and a Friday Night Recreation program, and a Middle School Girls Group. Ages 11 to 17.
Children's Summer Activities • Provides diverse, safe, structured neighborhood-based summer programs for children ages 7-13. Offers two four week camps.

Cultural Diversity • Increase the participation of minority seniors through diverse staff and developing culturally appropriate services.
Faith in Action African American Council of Churches • This program provides supportive services to Dane County's. African American elders and families who have health challenges and who need assistance in caring for their loved ones by referring them to agencies, follow up, advocacy, and providing health and service information workshops.
Outreach Case Management • Reduce isolation of senior adults on the north/eastside of Madison by providing case management services. Case management enables senior adults (age 55 & older) to achieve or maintain optimum independence in their community through the assessment of need, coordination, and monitoring of community-based services from qualified case managers. Case managers educate senior adults to make informed choices, support their decision-making ability to manage their own services in a manner that maximizes their autonomy. Case managers enhance the dignity and self-determination of senior adults by assisting them to remain in their own homes.
Senior Activities • This program offers senior center services to the Northside of Madison. Services provided include social and educational activities, information and referral services, and case/service management to Northside seniors 55 years and older. Older adults from other parts of Dane County are also invited to participate.
I'm a Caregiver Now What? • This program expands upon current caregiver support groups by conducting a four week series entitled, "I'm a Caregiver, Now What?" twice a year. The series walks caregivers through the steps of caregiving from legal/financial issues, housing options, respite options, and managing caregiver stress. The information provided empowers both the caregiver and senior adult to increase the chances of the senior adult to remain in their home longer.

Case Management • Services are provided to older adults (60 and over) to support their own ability to remain living independently in their homes, and in their own rural community. These services may include advocacy, assessment, intervention, information and referral to appropriate services or programs, and developing and monitoring a self-directed plan of care.
Supportive Home Care • Works in cooperation with Waunakee Senior Center and Southwest Dane Outreach. This program provides home care and home chore assistance, respite care and supervised in-home care. It serves the villages and surrounding townships of Black Earth, Cross Plains, Mazomanie, Mount Horeb and Waunakee.
Rural Respite • This program provides four hours per week of out-of-home respite care for elderly persons residing in North and Southwestern Dane County who are afflicted with Alzheimer's or other age-related diseases. Sites are currently operating in Mount Horeb and Black Earth.
