Coalition of Wisconsin Aging Groups – Elderly Benefit Specialist Program The Wisconsin Elderly Benefit Specialist Program provides legal advocacy services to residents of the state of Wisconsin 60 or older.

• The program provides locally based counseling to ensure accessibility and greatest possible breadth of coverage and currently provides services to over 50,000 residents annually.
